Standard Learner Version 3.2

Institutional Academic Integrity & Operational Transparency

The Training Platform maintains rigorous standards for technical curricula, verified certification issuance, and digital code laboratory safety. Your participation in our educational ecosystems ensures a structured, equitable learning journey for all enrolled students.

Clause 1.0

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering for an account, accessing educational content, browsing course catalogs, or enrolling in training cohorts offered by or through this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Binding Agreement Notice

If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must terminate your use of the Educational Services immediately. Continued engagement constitutes irrevocable assent to any updated iterations of this document.

Clause 2.0

Eligibility Criteria

Use of the Training Platform is restricted to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable statutory law:

  • Age Requirement: Learners must be at least 18 years of age. Individuals aged 16 or 17 may only participate with explicit consent, supervision, and active account ownership verified by a legal parent or guardian.
  • Competency & Jurisdiction: You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving technical educational resources or participating in software labs under international trade or sanctions legislation.
Clause 3.0

Account Registration & Security

Certain features of the Learning Platform—including cloud code workspaces, assignment submissions, and student discussion forums—demand active registration of a distinct learner account.

Information Accuracy

You must submit truthful, accurate, and current profile records during registration and maintain their correctness.

Credential Confidentiality

Account sharing is prohibited. You are solely accountable for all activities executed under your verified credentials.

Clause 4.0

Program Enrollment & Cohorts

Enrollment grants a conditional, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to access curriculum assets, live mentor lectures, recorded instructional archives, and laboratory tasks strictly for the allotted duration of the selected program:

Cohort Schedules & Dynamic Timelines

Live session schedules, mentor assignments, and lab infrastructure configurations may be updated to reflect current industry toolchains. Learners will be notified of schedule adjustments in advance.

Archival Access Limits

Access to course recordings and cloud sandboxes remains active for the duration designated in program specifications. The Learning Platform reserves the right to decommission legacy instances post-graduation.

Clause 5.0

Payments, EMI & Invoicing

Tuition fees, structured installments, and hardware kit costs must be paid in full according to the published schedules:

  • Fee Obligations & Taxes: Quoted fees may exclude statutory indirect taxes (such as GST or VAT), which are computed and appended at checkout in accordance with prevailing local tax law.
  • Installments & Third-Party Financing: In cases where fee structures leverage No-Cost EMI or financial credit partners, the learner enters a discrete contractual agreement with the designated lending institution. Defaulting on installment obligations may trigger revocation of platform access.
  • Digital Invoicing: Official GST-compliant electronic invoices are issued electronically following successful settlement by authorized payment gateways.
Clause 6.0

Student Responsibilities

As a registered participant of our Educational Services, you agree to conduct yourself with institutional professionalism:

Academic Honesty

All capstone builds, algorithmic exercises, and written assessments must represent your authentic individual or group work.

Authentic Deliverables

Submitting uncredited third-party code repositories, wholesale AI-generated code without architectural attribution, or plagiarized files will result in grade cancellation.

Clause 7.0

Content Usage & Piracy Restrictions

Curricular assets provided through the Training Platform are designated strictly for your individual, non-commercial educational use:

Prohibited Dissemination Activities

You are strictly barred from screen-recording, ripping, redistributing, torrenting, mirroring, reselling, sublicensing, or posting instructional videos, proprietary starter kits, laboratory manuals, or assessment solutions to public directories, Discord channels, Telegram groups, or cloud repositories.

Any infraction of this clause triggers immediate termination without refund eligibility and may result in civil and criminal litigation.

Clause 8.0

Intellectual Property Rights

All source text, pedagogical designs, video lecture assets, interactive courseware, visual architectures, branding marks, and technical code templates supplied on the Platform remain the exclusive proprietary property of the Platform or its licensors.

Learner-Authored Project Ownership

Students retain all intellectual property rights in original source code, hardware design schematics, and analytical models developed independently during capstone milestones, provided such assets do not embed pre-existing proprietary platform firmware.

Clause 9.0

Certification Criteria

Certificates of Completion and Specialization Diplomas are awarded based on verified merit. Enrollment does not guarantee credential issuance:

  • Mandatory completion of at least 80% of hands-on laboratory milestones and required assessments.
  • Passing score evaluation on final capstone project reviews conducted by accredited evaluators.
